Behind the map
Every destination in our set is watched by the same live monitoring that covers the rest of the platform: completion behaviour, audio path, signalling anomalies. When a route degrades, our routing layer moves traffic — a decision made on our switches, in our policy, without waiting for an upstream vendor to notice.
That is the practical difference between holding coverage and quoting it: when you ask us about a destination, the answer comes from measurement, and if a route is not good enough for our traffic, it is not offered for yours.
