Section 01What we collect
The contact enquiry form — the complete list
Where the contact page offers an enquiry form, submitting it stores: your name, your email address, your company name (only if you choose to give one), the enquiry topic you select, your message, the network (IP) address the submission came from, the browser identifier your client sent, and the time of submission. That is the complete list. There is no analytics profile, advertising identifier, or browsing history to add to it.
Routine server logs
Like any web server, ours writes routine technical logs — requested paths, network addresses, and timestamps — used only to operate and secure the service, and not combined with form submissions to profile you.
Discarded submissions
Where the form is offered, submissions our automated spam screening identifies as machine-generated are discarded at the door: nothing about them is stored and no notification is sent.
Section 02What we do not collect
No accounts
This site has no registration and no login, so there is no account data to hold about you.
No trackers, no third parties
The site runs no analytics or measurement scripts and embeds nothing from third parties — no external fonts, scripts, pixels, or content delivery networks. Every asset on every page is served from our own host, so your visit here is not reported to anyone else. You can verify this in your browser's network inspector.
No marketing lists
There is no newsletter and no mailing list. Submitting an enquiry adds you to nothing; it is read and answered by a person.
Section 03Why we process it
To answer you
Name, email, company, topic, and message exist so the right person at HiClass can read your enquiry and reply to it. The topic you select routes the enquiry; nothing more is inferred from it.
To keep the enquiry channel usable
The network address and browser identifier are stored to rate-limit abuse of the enquiry form and to investigate misuse if it occurs. This is the same interest you have in the channel working when you need it.
Basis
We process enquiry data because you chose to send it and expect an answer, and on our legitimate interest in operating a working, abuse-resistant contact channel.
Section 04Where it lives and who sees it
Our own database
Submissions are stored in our own database on infrastructure we operate. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
One notification email
A copy of each stored submission is emailed to our staff mailbox so an engineer can reply promptly. The mail transport that carries that message processes it in transit, as any email provider does.
Disclosure required by law
We disclose enquiry data only where a competent authority lawfully requires it.
Section 05How long we keep it
Twenty-four months
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from submission — long enough to serve a commercial conversation that develops slowly — and deleted after that.
How deletion currently happens
In the site's current phase, expired enquiries are deleted by scheduled manual review rather than by an automated job. The commitment is the same; we state the mechanism because this policy describes what actually happens.
Section 06Your rights
Access, correction, deletion
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold from your submissions, to correct it, or to have it deleted before the retention period ends. We will verify that the request comes from the address the enquiry was sent from.
No automated decisions
No decision about you is made by automated means. The only automation applied to a submission is the spam screening described above, and its only effect is that machine-generated submissions are not stored.

This site sets exactly two first-party cookies, both functional. They are enumerated — completely — in the Cookie Policy.
Changes to this policy
If the site changes what it collects, this policy changes in the same release — the enumeration in Section 01 is kept in step with the site's actual database schema. The current version, with its effective date, is always at this address.
